Six sectors, six different answers to the same question: who inspects this facility, under what authority, and what are they entitled to ask for?

Each page below names the governing regimes, cites them exactly, states what each one requires, and says plainly where the requirements conflict or go silent. That is the practice's method, and these pages are built to demonstrate it rather than describe it. Every citation carries an explicit statement of how far it has been verified.

Why the sector is not the specialty

Healthcare has the deepest proof today and thehealthcare page is correspondingly the longest. That reflects where the evidence has been assembled, not where the practice stops. The discipline transfers: a correctional kitchen and a hospital kitchen are inspected against much of the same food code, a school district and a housing portfolio both manage many buildings against one program, and every one of these sectors shares the structural problem that the regime governing it was not written with pests in mind.
